Affiliate Terms

Anyone can join the Scayld partner programme — no account or approval needed. You request a unique referral link and share it. These terms govern how referrals are tracked and how commission is earned.

When someone clicks your link we set a first-party cookie for 30 days. If that person contacts us within 30 days of their most recent click on a partner link, the enquiry is attributed to the partner whose link they clicked last.

If a referred enquiry becomes a paying client, you earn 10% of that client's first payment to Scayld. This is a one-time commission on the first payment only — it does not apply to any subsequent or recurring payments, including ongoing retainers.

Commission becomes payable once the client has made their first payment in full and any refund or cancellation window has passed.

Clients who come to us through a partner link receive 5% off all Scayld services. The discount and your commission are calculated independently.

We'll contact you using the email you signed up with to arrange payment, using the payout details you provide. Payment is made manually, in GBP, after commission becomes payable.

Self-referrals, spam, misleading promotion, bidding on Scayld trademarks, or any attempt to manipulate clicks or attribution are not permitted. We may withhold commission, disable a referral code, or remove a partner from the programme where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Participation does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship. We may change these terms or end the programme at any time; commission already earned under the prior terms will still be honoured. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
